Description
We are looking for a part time or full time line cook to join our team. You will work with other team members in the kitchen to prepare dishes from our homestyle menu. Successful candidates will have breakfast cooking knowledge, be organized, and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies.
- Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
Skills
- Breakfast cooking knowledge is helpful.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
